According to our General Terms and Conditions:

  • Payment of 30% of the total amount after signing the contract
  • An additional payment of 60% of the total amount is due up to 4 weeks before the event
  • All further payments are due with the final invoice after the event

We accept payments via:

  • Invoice
  • Credit card
  • Cash (not accepted during the event itself)

We recommend:

  • Wedding planning: approximately 1 year in advance
  • Birthdays: approximately 2-6 months in advance

Additionally, we also accommodate full event arrangements on short notice, with a minimum lead time of 2 weeks.

Services booked after the contract has been finalized will be invoiced through supplementary agreements.

For private events, we host pre-wedding and pre-birthday dinners twice a year, offering you the opportunity to sample a selection from our current menu and make your choices accordingly.

No, private events do not have to be registered with GEMA.

NORD EVENT offers an in-house floristry service that is happy to handle your event decorations. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own decorations or engage an external florist if you prefer.

  • Collabrorative wedding planning with the assistance of our dedicated wedding planners
  • On-site location inspection
  • In-depth consultations with the catering-manufactory, floristry and pastry shop
  • Development of the room layout as well as menu and beverage selections
  • On-site supervision of your wedding by our event management team

You are welcome to celebrate your civil wedding at any of our NORD EVENT venues. Please consult your local registry office to confirm whether they conduct civil ceremonies at external locations.

All of our locations are centrally located with convenient access to public transportation as well as nearby public parking facilities.

Please refer to the specific location data sheet and the information provided on our website for the maximum capacity of each location.

Generally, you may begin setting up two hours before the start of your event. If you require earlier access, we will discuss and arrange this with you personally.

You can book any of the event locations you see on our website for your event.

If none of these locations are suitable for you, we also have a large number of exclusive locations, which we will be happy to present to you in a personal telephone call.

Of course you can reserve your chosen location without obligation for a period of 5 business days prior to your booking.

We will be happy to arrange a free personal viewing appointment with you before you book.

Our in-house catering manufactory is happy to accommodate allergies and intolerances of your guests and offers a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes.

When booking one of our event locations, you are welcome to bring in an external caterer for your food service. Depending on your needs, we are also happy to assist you with furniture and equipment.

You will receive a call within one business day to discuss a free consultation and receive a personalized offer.

You must provide us with the final number of attendees no later than 14 days before your event.

On request, we can also take over your participant management.

We are also happy to take care of the planning of transfers and accommodation for your event.

You will be assigned a dedicated contact from our event planning team who will be available to assist you throughout the entire planning process and can be reached at any time for questions or support.

The duration of an event is unlimited and can be determined by you individually.

In an in-depth initial consultation, our experienced event planners will work closely with you to define your exact needs and identify the ideal location for your event. Based on this, you'll receive a tailored proposal.

A dedicated event planner will guide you through every step of the detailed planning process, right up until the big day.

On the day of the event itself, a personal on-site contact will be available to support you throughout the entire duration.

We would be happy to design your bespoke event at your company location. In addition to our catering services, we can also provide decorations, furniture, marquees, event technology, as well as kitchen and service staff.

You can plan any event with NORD EVENT from 10 to 5,000 people in our locations as well as on your company premises.
