For the Mercedes-Benz branch in Dresden Nord Event staged an impressive and exclusive corporate event for the 500 invited VIP guests. Thereby the event agency designed a unique and target group-oriented event concept which perfectly transported the slogan of the event “Welcome at home – by the best E-Class ever”. Nord Event not only organized a first-class catering and service, but as well a perfect stage management, spectacular special effects, and technical equipment.
The highlight of the evening event was the show program on stage: the legendary German anchorman Uwe Huebner and famous pop singer Thomas Anders with his program “The Gentleman of Music” provided the audience with a classy and inspiring entertainment. Nord Event is the first tenant of the new Emporio Tower
Event Locations at the new downtown business quarters
Until 2011 new business quarters - called Emporio - are planned downtown, which certainly will be competing with the least constructed quarters at the HafenCity. The Emporio will be constructed as a modern complex of buildings, containing offices, apartments, event locations, as well as hotel industry.
One part of the complex will be the former Unilever building at the street Dammtorwall which will be reconstructed, modernized, and extended with two floors up from April 2009. The first tenant of this first-class real estate is the Nord Event GmbH. Nord Event will rent a total of nearly 3,000 square metres and use it as an event location. In the basement a large conference hall will be constructed which will offer enough space for up to 300 guests. Yet the most spectacular event location will be the light-flooded sky lounge on the top of the building. With a height of nearly 100 metres this penthouse location will be the highest-located venue in Hamburg and even higher-located as our already existing location Elb-Panorama. In addition the new sky lounge will offer a breathtaking panorama view on downtown and the lake Alster.
